Kamaete (Kah-my-te) is a Japanese term used in Karate training for students to take up the on guard position and be ready for action! KSTSK is unique, it's the leading collection of Professional and Progressive Shotokan Karate Schools based in and around Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire. The instructor at Bishops Stortford is Simon Hargood Tuition and Training is open to all ages and covers Traditional Shotokan Karate, Sport Karate and self defense. Children are welcome. They will enjoy the energetic nature of Karate in a structured class environment.
